We absolutely accommodate dietary requests. We custom build our menus for each client and event making food allergies and requests easy and seamless. Please let us know when you book.

We bring everything for each event, whether that is cookware, plates, staff, or decorations, we handle it all!

We provide a suggested seasonal menu based on Chef Robbie’s style of cooking. After you are sent the menu, Chef Robbie goes over it with you and you decide together if changes need to be made.

We don’t clear until everyone is done eating, so no one feels rushed. That being said, each 5 course dinner runs 2-2 ½ hours.

We require a 50% deposit to hold your date and time.
