What better story to build than food and cooking. Everyone has a food story, whether it’s the trip they just went to in Italy or cooking with their grandma as a child. You learn who a person is by learning about their personal experiences, and many times food and cooking play a big part in people’s memories.
Our Iron Chef Team Building gives your team that shared personal experience that allows them to relate on a level other than work. This creates better interpersonal relationships and in turn happier and more productive employees.

Challenge your friends or colleagues to the ultimate competition! We give you a secret ingredient, pantry items, produce and a few special ingredients. You then have a selection of cooking equipment to produce the perfect dish.
Participants will be judged on originality, cleanliness, taste, and presentation.

Event Debrief
We want to make sure the teams fully understand the impact that the team builder has had on them and their team. Each team does a presentation on what they prepared, how they worked as a team, what struggles they had, and their strong points.
